Rosalind Hosea oversees essential business functions of the Illinois Tech athletic department in her role as coordinator of student services. She joined the athletic department in 2018 after spending the previous 11 years in the Illinois Tech controller’s office in various roles.

Hosea coordinates, implements and evaluates all facets of compliance areas, including review of compliance documents, development and implementation of educational programs for coaches, student-athletes, staff and alumni. In addition, Hosea’s role includes managing department transportation needs, student worker staffing, and athletic department budget.

Hosea has been with Illinois Tech since November 2007, starting as administrative coordinator before adding customer service coordinator to her title in March 2012. Most recently, she served as administrative assistant and office coordinator since November 2014.

Her experience in administrative roles stretches beyond Illinois Tech as she held a job as admimistrative assistant at Christensen & Ehret Law Office, as well as Chicago and Northeast Illinois Council of Carpenters before working at Service Employees International Union as an executive administrative assistant.
