MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The Illinois Tech baseball team has been voted to finish in eighth place out of 12 teams by the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference coaches and sports information directors of the conference.
The Scarlet Hawks received 115 total votes. Defending NACC Champions Concordia Chicago was voted to finish first place after receiving 21 first-place votes and got 285 total points.
Illinois Tech enters their first full year of the NACC and NCAA Division III winning 15 games last season. Their season begins on Saturday, March 2 in Jacksonville, Ill, as Tech will take on both Elmhurst (10:00 a.m. central time) and Lawrence (1:00 p.m. central time) in Portland.
