Brady Roberts enters his fourth season as Illinois Institute of Technology assistant baseball coach in 2022. 

Roberts arrived to Illinois Tech following a four-year playing career at fellow NACC school Concordia University Chicago (2014-18). He accumulated a .318 batting average (92-289), 19 doubles, 44 runs batted in, five home runs and 43 runs scored over 83 career games played with the Cougars, primarily as a catcher and designated hitter. CUC reached the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship all four seasons with Roberts on the roster, which included back-to-back trips to the NCAA Division III World Series (2017-2018). Roberts helped lead the Cougars to four-consecutive NACC Regular Season Championships (2014-2018), and three-straight NACC Tournament Championships (2014-2017). 

Prior to joining the Scarlet Hawks, Roberts also held coaching stints with the Elgin Bulldogs (Metro Collegiate Baseball League) and ESP Baseball (18U/17U). 

Roberts, a native of Aurora, Illinois, obtained his bachelor of arts & science degree in communications from Concordia University Chicago in 2018. He is currently pursuing his master of arts degree in sports leadership, also from Concordia University Chicago with an expected graduation date in 2020.
