CHICAGO, Ill. – This week in Illinois Tech athletics, a few Scarlet Hawk teams are coming down the home stretch of the regular season, while another starts competition.

Men’s Soccer closes out the season with a pair of road matches this week. The first one will be at Lake Forest on Tuesday with the match starting at 4:00 p.m. The Scarlet Hawks will close out the regular season as they travel to Moody Bible on Saturday to take on the Archers in the conclusion of the Chicago Cup Series. Tech won the first game of that series 3-0 this past Thursday.

Women’s Soccer will also close out the regular season this week, but they will do it at home against Elmhurst on Tuesday. That match is set to begin at 7:00 p.m. A live webcast and live statistics of both games will be available on both www.illinoistechathletics.com and the Scarlet Hawks Front Row app. The live webcast will be powered by Illinois Media School.

Women’s Volleyball is coming down to the final two weeks of the season as the Scarlet Hawks will have a couple road matches this week. The first of the two will be at Concordia Chicago on Tuesday with match start time at 7:00 p.m. The second will be at Maranatha Baptist on Thursday with a start time of 7:30 p.m. Women's Volleyball currently sits in a tie for sixth in the latest USCAA poll.

Men’s and Women’s Swimming & Diving will look to start the season after the first meet of the season was postponed this past weekend. Both teams will travel to Beloit College this Saturday, with the meet set to begin at 1:00 p.m.
