Men’s Basketball Travels to Wisconsin to Tip Off 2014-2015 Season

Milwaukee, WI- The Scarlet Hawks Men's Basketball traveled to Milwaukee to participate in the All-Engineers classic hosted by Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) which serves as an opener to the 2014-2015 season. Illinois Tech was excited to get things underway under the tutelage of first year Head Coach Todd Kelly. The Scarlet Hawks will be looking to last year's outstanding Freshman Samuel Rarick to lead the team's offense.   

In the first game of the classic, the Scarlet Hawks fell to MSOE 92-41. The Hawks had 17 points in the first half and 24 in the second half. Samuel Rarick led the way with 25 points and 6 rebounds while Anthony Loss chipped in with 8 points.

The Scarlet Hawks dropped the second game of the All-Engineer Classic vs. Claremont 81-38. Rarick again led the way with 14 points while Anders Bybjerg added 11.
