KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Illinois Tech men's soccer team has achieved a prestigous academic honor from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. Last week, Tech earned the NSCAA Team Academic Award. 

The honor is given to team who achieved a grade point average of 3.0 or higher for the 2015-16 school year. A total of 315 men's soccer teams were named throughout the United States.

Men's Soccer is back in action on Saturday (3:30 p.m. against North Central) and Sunday (2:30 p.m. against Wentworth Military) at Stuart Field.
