ELMHURST, Ill. -The Illinois Tech men's cross country team competed in the Elmhurst College Earlybird Invitational on Friday evening at Eldridge Park. The Scarlet Hawks placed seventh of 11 qualified teams in the 6k race.
Illinois Tech Highlights
- Cole Dammeier led the way in 21st place (20:18.0)
- Anthony Tuman placed well in his first collegiate meet (27th, 20:52.4)
- Thomas Doyle placed 37th with a 21:22.2 time

- The Scarlet Hawks hit the course again on Friday, September 8 at 5:00pm at the Aurora University Invite. The race will take place at Oakhurst Forest Preserve.
