KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Last year, Weronika Halicka and Morgan Colbert made a ton of noise as the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Midwest Regional, with Halicka reaching the quarterfinals of the singles "A" bracket and both players combining to win the doubles backdraw. This weekend, the two will return to the ITA's, this time joined by freshmen Kylie Hance and Kaitlyn Graves.

All four players will compete in both the singles and doubles brackets. Below is the information on each participant's draw (all times listed are eastern), with all first-round matches taking place tomorrow (Friday, September 21). A loss in any of the opening round matchups would put the individual or tandem in the backdraw.

SINGLES

  • Halicka was awarded the 128-player tournament's fifth seed after her run through last year's bracket. She will oppose Hope College's Elizabeth Pniewski at 10:00 a.m. in her first-round match. A win will put her in another match at 1:30 p.m.
  • Colbert's first round match-up will be against Hope's Claire Hallock at 10:30 a.m. Hallock is one of the tournament's eight players who earned a ninth seed. She will play again at 2:30 p.m. if she wins.
  • Kylie Hance will play at 9:00 a.m. against John Carroll University's Ellie Cole. With a victory, she will compete at 1:30 p.m.
  • Kaitlyn Graves will oppose Washington University's (Mo.) Ashley Lessen at 8:00 a.m. Lessen is the eighth seed in the 128-player bracket. If Graves were to win, she would take the court again at 12:00 p.m.

DOUBLES

  • Halicka and Colbert were one of eight parings to receive a ninth seed in the 64-tandem field. The duo will oppose Lake Forest College's Tyranny Miller and Allison Watts at 5:30 p.m. A victory will advance Halicka and Colbert to a 2:00 p.m. match on Saturday.
  • Hance and Graves will oppose Oberlin College's Alandria Bellamy and Delaney Black at 4:30 p.m. If the duo wins, they'll play at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
