CHICAGO, Ill. - This week, the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Tournament for women's tennis begins. With a 16-6 overall and 8-2 NACC record, the Scarlet Hawks have earned the tournament's third seed.
The #3 seeding means the Scarlet Hawks will host a first round matchup, taking place Wednesday, May 1 at 1:00 p.m. at XS Tennis against #6 Wisconsin Lutheran. A win would mean Tech advances to Sunday's Semifinal Round, which is held at Nielsen Tennis Stadium on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Tech would oppose second-seeded Concordia-Wisconsin in the semifinals with a Wednesday victory.
