NAPERVILLE, Ill. – The Illinois Tech men's track and field team made the nearby trip to North Central College on Friday to compete in the Cardinal Opener. Tech placed eighth in the meet.
Meet Highlights
- Mminika Effiong followed up last week's strong long jump performance with a mark of 4.72m, placing her seventh.
- Jodi Curtin placed 23rd in the 400 Meter Dash (1:16.98) to lead the way for Tech.
- Zoey Krevitz paced the Scarlet Hawks in the 800 Meter Run, placing 29th at 3:14.03.
