BLOOMINGTON, Ill. – The Illinois Tech women's track and field team made the drive south to Illinois Wesleyan University on Saturday to compete in the Top Times Titan Invite. Tech did not record a team score in the meet, but saw some great individual efforts.
Meet Highlights
- Jodi Curtin placed 43rd in the 200 Meter Dash (32.80s).
- Mminika Effiong competed in the 800 Meter Run, placing 16th with a time of 2:57.31. She also placed 16th in the long jump at 4.46m.
- Emma Farquharson placed 27th in the weight throw (8.04m) and 16th in the shot put (7.40m).
