BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois Tech women's track and field team competed at the Illinois Wesleyan Top Times Titan Invite on Saturday. Tech did not record a team score in the event.
Meet Highlights
- Mminika Effiong competed in the 60 Meter Dash, recording a time of 8.97s and placing 22nd. Masha Staub was not far behind, earning the 27th spot at 9.07s. The duo also competed in the 200 Meter Dash, with Effiong (28th place, 29.69s) once again slightly ahead of Staub (31st place, 30.51s).
- Zoey Krevitz competed in the 800 Meter Run, placing 39th at 3:10.93. Madalyn Urig also placed 41st at 3:29.42. Krevitz (7:02.67, 36th) and Urig (7:18.82) also competed in the mile.
