Madison, Wisconsin- Illinois Institute of Technology couldn't keep the momentum going, and lost the match, in straight games, 3-0. Tech fell to 4-10 overall, while Edgewood improved to 6-12.

How it Happened: Karen Marrufo-Zubaran didn't receive the same amount of help, on offense, as she did in the last match, and was the only Scarlet Hawk to reach double figures in kills. She led the team with 13. Edgewood were much deadlier in attack, achieving .243 attack success, compared to Tech, who were half as efficient, who achieved .103 succesful attacks

 

The Scarlet Hawks failed to maintain their offensive rhythym, and were unable to reach 20 points, during the last two games.

 

Scarlet Hawk Standouts: Marrufon-Zabaran continues to be a focal point for the offense and defense. She led the team in kills (13) and digs (16)
