Head Coach Tyler McQuality’s Comments

"What an end to the season. I am immensely proud of our entire team for their performances today. Any season always has its ups and downs, but they showed today that they can elevate to higher levels at a championship meet like the Midwest Regional. On a tough course, we saw many PR's and near season best performances. We are very excited to continue building with this young team in this coming track season and the cross country seasons to follow.

Assistant Coach Kasey Jones’ Comments

"There were so many outstanding performances this week and for such a young team to come as far as they have in one season is nothing short of amazing. Saturday was the culmination of a lot of hard work day in and out since August and us coaches are very proud of how the team came together for their final meet."

The Scarlet Hawks men’s and women’s cross country team will return in 2023.
