Chicago, Ill - After a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, Illinois Tech Baseball will be returning to Guaranteed Rate Field for their annual showcase game, as they take on the University of Chicago in a Southside Showdown Thursday, April 21st at 6pm CT.

The Scarlet Hawks last played on the home field of the Chicago White Sox on April 24, 2019, when the also played the Maroons. The Hawks lost that tilt 8-5.

Admission is free to the game. Gates will open at 5:30pm through gate 5. Seating will be available in the 100 level between both dugouts. Limited concessions will be available. If you will be driving to the game, parking will be available in lot B.

Bags are not allowed in the ballpark anymore.  A 5 x 7 purse/wristlet is allowed or a diaper bag if accompanied with an infant.
