NAPERVILLE, Ill. - The Illinois Tech men's and women's track and field teams competed at the North Centeral College Dr. Keeler Invite on Thursday and Friday. Both teams sent a distance runner to the event.

On the women's side, Julia Briden competed in the 800 Meter Run, placing 62nd at 2:46.92.

For the men, Cole Dammeier was strong in the 10000 Meter Run. He finished with a time of 33:40.87, good for 21st place in the large field.

Next week, men's track and field will be back at North Central College for the Gregory Invitational on May 17 and May 18. This week's meet concluded the season for the women's team.
