CHICAGO, Ill. - Illinois Institute of Technology will add men's lacrosse for the start of the 2019-2020 academic year. The Scarlet Hawks will begin competing in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference in the Spring of 2020, raising Illinois tech's number of National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) sponsored athletics programs to 19.

A Head Coach for men's lacrosse will be hired this summer, allowing the 2018-2019 academic year for team building. Student-athletes interested in men's lacrosse should fill out the following questionnaire. 

Current NCAA-sponsored women's sports at Illinois Tech are Baseball, Men's and Women's Basketball, Men's and Women's Cross Country, Women's Lacrosse, Men's and Women's Soccer, Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving, Men's and Women's Tennis, Men's and Women's Indoor Track and Field, Men's and Women's Outdoor Track and Field, and Men's and Women's Volleyball.
