Men’s Soccer Tabbed Sixth in NACC Preseason Poll

MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) released its men's soccer preseason poll on Friday, which projects improvement for Illinois Tech. In the 12-team league, the Scarlet Hawks were picked to place sixth in the rankings voted on by the league's head coaches and athletics communications professionals.

After a 9-9 overall and 4-7 NACC record last year, the voters' 148 points given to Tech project a jump from eighth to sixth in the standings. The Scarlet Hawks narrowly edged Wisconsin Lutheran in the poll, who garnered 147 points. Dominican led the way with 275 points and 11 out of 24 first-place votes.
