Prior to the men’s soccer try out on August 28, 2022, there are a few items that need to be taken care of before you are clear to participate:

Please complete the tryout registration link.

 

You need to complete a sports physical and emailed to Athletic Trainer Pedro at pgutierrez@iit.edu by Aug 27th, 2022 before 12 pm. The physical needs to be on the IIT Sports Physical form - I will mail a PDF version you can print out once you complete the registration. THE FORM NEEDS TO BE SIGNED BY A NURSE PRACTITIONER, MD OR DO and completed in the United States  If you don’t have a primary care doctor in the area, there are several Physicians Immediate Care Clinics in the area that can perform the physical. I recommend calling the clinic first to ensure a Nurse Practitioner, MD or DO is in to sign your physical.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 28TH ITINERARY:
Arrive Stuart Field before 10:45 am - LATE PLAYERS CANNOT TRYOUT
Registration: 11 am at Stuart Soccer Field (corner of State & 31st St on IIT campus)
Warm-up begins at 11:15 am
Session 11:30 am - 1 pm

* Please arrive on time and wear cleats and shin-guards. Also, field players please wear a white tee-shirt and black shorts. GK's please wear a distinctive goalkeeper jersey.  Please bring your own water bottle that is filled up. There is a water fountain at the field as well.

No walk-ups are allowed for the tryout so please do not share this info with any other student. If someone is interested, please refer them to Coach Marc at mcolwell@iit.edu
