WAUKESHA, Wis. - The Illinois Tech women's lacrosse program is heavily represented on the Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference's All-Academic team. The conference announced its anual selections on Tuesday, with seven of the 88 student-athletes coming from the Scarlet Hawks.
To receive the honor, student-athletes must carry a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.30 for the 2016-17 academic year. Below are this year's Illinois Tech honorees:

The Scarlet Hawks finished the 2016-17 campaign with a share of the MWLC regular season title, recording a 15-2 overall and 10-1 conference record. Six Scarlet Hawks were honored by the league in May's postseason awards announcement.
