2020 MWLC PRESEASON POLL RELEASE

CHICAGO—The Illinois Institute of Technology Scarlet Hawks found themselves locked in a tie for third place with Augsburg College (138 points) on the 2020 Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference Preseason Poll. Defending MWLC Regular Season and Tournament Champion Hamline University came in at No. 1 with 167 points and 11 first-place votes.

IIT is coming off an 11-5, 11-2 MWLC mark in 2019 that gave them the No. 2 seed in the MWLC Tournament, where they dropped a 13-8 decision to Aurora University in the semifinal. 

The Scarlet Hawks open their 2020 season at home on Wednesday, March 4 against Concordia Ann Arbor at 6:00 p.m.
