Rockford, Ill. – The Scarlet Hawk offense exploded on Wednesday night after a long scoring draught to secure the NACC win at Rockford University. The Hawks (6-5-2, 3-1-2 NACC) took care of the Regents (0-13-1, 0-7-0 NACC) in a 10-0 victory.
How it Happened
- Cosette Thompson led the way for the Scarlet Hawks tallying 4 goals and 1 assist in the first half.
- Nicole Fajardo joined in on the action in the 32nd minute of play finishing off a pass from Brianne Dane.
- Caeli Kennedy finished off the first half scoring barrage with just over 3 minutes remaining.
- Fajardo got things started in the second half with her second tally 5 minutes into the second half of play.
- Jamie Griggs, Andrijana Sajic, and Brianne Dane got in on the action late in the second half to close out the night with one goal apiece.
- Kenna Ford, Erin James, Madison Harris, and Dane all added assists to the scoresheet along the way
