Head Coach Tyler McQuality's Comments:

Women's - "What a day! We took advantage of an amazing opportunity at a big meet against some of the best competition that Division III has to offer and we walked away with a very competitive effort."

Men's - "I thought we had another very solid day. We saw a lot of improvements in the process of how we compete which is what we wanted to do. The results will come, but we need to make sure we have solid race plans and great technique in the field events and that is what we saw today"

Assistant Coach Kasey Jones Comments:

Women's - "I think this week we really saw the women's team come together as a whole. With our team being so young there is a big learning curve and I think this week we made major progress on putting new skills we have been learning in practice to use in a race setting! These women continue to grow and it is awesome to be a part of that!"

Men's - "The men's team really brought the energy this week and used the beautiful Gately stadium to their advantage! They had huge goals coming into the season and it's amazing to see them already realizing them so early in the year!"

Assistant Coach Ed Harvey's Comments:

Women's - "This group has been able to come together in such a short amount of time. They push and lift each other up every week and we see the results every weekend. They are going to take each other very far."

Men's - "Great to see the men's team apply more and more of what we've been working on. We've thrown a lot at them and they've been able to take it all in and understand it quickly. I love to see it."
