Swimming and Diving Announces 2016 Recruiting Class

CHICAGO, Ill. - The Illinois Institute of Technology swimming and diving programs have announced the 2016-17 recruiting class. It features 16 total student-athletes, 11 men and five women.

"We are thrilled to welcome these 16 student-athletes to the men's and women's programs," said Head Coach Kyllian Griffin. "Our team has grown a lot in the past two seasons, and the addition of this highly talented class will be great for the future of Scarlet Hawk swimming and diving."

"Many of these athletes are capable of swimming a wide variety of events, which will serve us well as we battle through dual meets during the regular season and put us in an advantageous position moving into the Liberal Arts Championship. I have very high hopes and expectations of these 16 athletes, and can't wait to see what they can do in the water this season."
