CHICAGO, Ill.- Illinois Institute of Technology is set for a busy week ahead. In addition to three Fall teams in action, two Winter teams will get seasons underway.

Women's Volleyball (10-12) opens up the home slate with a match on Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m. against Moody Bible Institute. The match will be a part of the "Paint IIT Pink" initiative, and all fans are encouraged to wear pink!

The Scarlet Hawks will also compete at the Illinois College Tournament on Friday and Saturday i Jacksonville, Illinois. Tech is scheduled to oppose Principia, Illinois College, MacMurray, and Anderson (Ind.). Women's Volleyball is ranked 11th in the latest USCAA poll.

Also on Tuesday, Women's Soccer (8-4-3) will play at Dominincan University at 3:00 p.m. The Scarlet Hawks are ranked 11th in the latest USCAA poll and have not lost in five straight matches.

Dominican present a tough opponent for the Hawks, as the Stars have posted a 9-5 record on the season.

On Wednesday, Men's Soccer (7-7-1) travels to Moody Bible for a 3:30 p.m. match. This weekend, Tech will be home at Stuart Field to host the Scarlet Hawk Tournament. 

Illinois Tech will play at 3:30 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday, taking on RMU-Lake County (Saturday) and Cleary (Sunday).

Our Winter teams in action will be Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving. Both squads will travel to Frankin, Ind. to participate in a triangular with Franklin College and Illinois College. Meet time is set for 1:00 p.m.

Saturday will be the first swim meet of the year for both Tech teams. The Scarlet Hawks will host five meets of the own this season, with the first coming on Halloween.
