CHICAGO, Ill. - After women's volleyball defeated Moody Bible on Tuesday night, men's soccer travels a few miles north to oppose the Archers on the road. Tech was also victorious on Wednesday, winning 4-3 and holding off a late Moody Bible rally.
How it Happened
- Tech took an early lead on one of three Sergio Calvo de Leon, scoring from 25 yards out.
- Moody notched things up at one in the middle of the second half before Lucas Niehuns Antunes scored with 13 minutes left in the half to take a 2-1 lead.
- Calvo de Leon would help build the lead to 4-1, scoring twice in a four-minute span early in the second half. One of the goals came off of an assist from Noah Griffith.
- Moody would score twice down the stretch, but the Tech defense held strong for a win.
