CHICAGO, Ill. - The College Swimming Coaches Association of America has announced its Scholar All-America teams. The Illinois Institute of Technology men's swimming and diving team has earned the honor with a 3.12 GPA for the Fall semester.
Teams with over 3.00 GPAs for the Fall semester received the honor. A total of 547 teams across both men's and women's divisions were named by the CSCAA across NCAA Division I, II, and III, NAIA, and the NJCAA, which is an increase of 40 from the previous year.
Tech men's swimming and diving wrapped up its season at the Liberal Arts Championships earlier this month, placing fourth in a tight competition.
