Head Coach Tyler McQuality's Comments

"This was our last big check-in meet with main events before we tune up for conference at our next meet. I think we saw the growth that we have been looking for in a lot of areas. Workouts have been going really well and seeing that translate once we compete is what we are going to need to continue to do."

Assistant Coach Kasey Jones Comments:

"We started to get a little more technical this week as we get closer to postseason competition and you could really see that in those key points throughout the race. People were able to shift gears throughout their races and that made all the difference. Another round of big PR's this week even after a hard workload in workouts. Big things are coming!"

Assistant Coach Ed Harvey's Comments:

"We're getting close to the midpoint of the season. This past  meet was an excellent test before we hit the indoor conference. The team improved everywhere but we're not going to be complacent with our progress. The coming competition is a  final chance to review and improve before the indoor championship."

Up Next

The Hawks will compete at the University of Chicago on Saturday at the Margaret Bradley Invite. Saturday's meet will be the final tune up for the team before heading to Ripon, Wis. the following week where the Hawks will be hosting the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Indoor Championships.
