Head Coach Tyler McQuality's Comments

"What a meet for us to set up the conference championships. We used the meet to tune up and get us ready physically, mentally, and emotionally. We are on the right track to perform at our best."

Assistant Coach Kasey Jones Comments

"Another step in the right direction for the scarlet hawks this weekend! We had a tough practice week this week before we take it down a notch for the week before conference and we still saw several PR's and school records. I think this really speaks to the depth of our team and their ability to handle these tough workouts and new skill sets. As always big things are coming!"

Assistant Coach Ed Harvey's Comments

"We're progressing at an excellent rate but we still have a way to go. As continue to clean things up everyone can see how far they've advanced in a championship atmosphere. We challenged them at the beginning of the season to put the work and so far they've exceeded expectations."
