Men's Cross Country Places 10th at UW-Parkside

KENOSHA, Wis- The Illinois Institute of Technology men's cross country team competed in the UW-Parkside Midwest Open on Saturday morning, placing 10th.

Scarlet Hawk Standouts

  • Senior Sam Wietlispach led the Hawks with a 41st place finish and a 27:40.8 time.
  • Freshman Cole Dammeier built off of his strong first week with another great performance, placing 46th with a time of 27:47.5.
  • Junior Quentin Shipley-Mellon placed 62nd at 29:07.5.

For the Foes

  • Host UW-Parkside won the meet with four Top 10 finishers
