For the Foes

Quotes from Coach Joel Williams

  • "We had many larger schools ahead of us in this meet, but we were much better at executing our team plan of working together. I am proud of how they worked off of each other to push and pull their teammates through."
  • "Quentin's conservative appraoch in the first 4k of the race helped Sayeed close the gap between himself and our Top 3, helping both to earn personal bests. That is the kind of mentality that will be key to us doing well at the USCAA's in November."
