CHICAGO, Ill.- The Illinois Institute of Technology women's basketball team hosted Knox College on Friday night. Tech scored a season-high in points in a 128-41 defeat.
How it Happened
- Knox was impressive in the opening frame, scoring 41 points and never looking back.
- The Scarlet Hawks had a strong offensive quarter in the second, tallying 17 points. Venika Jarvis scored six points off the bench.
- In the third, Tech picked up where it left off offensively with a 16 point frame. Ade Maron tallied five for the Hawks.
- Knox put up 34 in the fourth to win 128-41.
Scarlet Hawk Standouts
- Hailey Borowczyk led the Scarlet Hawks with nine points and 10 rebounds.
- Maron scored eight points while tallying seven boards and a team-high four assists.
- Yesenia Alarcon tallied seven points.
