TERRE HAUTE, Ind.- The Illinois Institute of Technology women's basketball team squared off against the Rose-Hulman Fightin' Engineers on the road on Monday night. Tech fell 87-17.
How it Happened
- Rose-Hulman scored the game's first seven points before Hailey Borowczyk put Tech on the board. The Fightin' Engineers were strong defensively in the frame, holding Tech to just four points.
- Tech's offensive struggles continued over the next ten minutes, as Rose-Hulman took a 51-6 lead into the half.
- Rose-Hulman built its lead in the second half, outscoring the Scarlet Hawks 36-11.

- Borowczyk led the Scarlet Hawks with 10 points.
- Venika Jarvis led tech with 31 minutes, two steals, and six rebounds.
