Bloomington, Illinois - The Illinois Tech lacrosse team traveled to Bloomington to take on Illinois Wesleyan College.  The Scarlet Hawks were looking to follow up their first program win with another solid effort.  

After falling behind 13-3 in the first half, the Hawks played an even 2nd half as both teams scored 2 goals.  Goals for the Hawks came from Florencia Carrerou (Sr., Montevideo, Uruguay), Cassandra Reineke (Fr. Waukegan, IL), and Nene Sanankou (Jr., Mali).  Carrerou notched her 2nd hat trick of the season while adding 4 ground balls and 3 draw controls.  

The Scarlet Hawks fall to 1-2 on the season.
