CHICAGO, Ill. - The Illinois Tech women's lacrosse team has earned another weekly honor. Madison Meredith has been named the Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference Offensive Player of the Week for action between April 3 and April 10.

In wins of conference foe Benedictine University on Wednesday and University of Dallas on Saturday, Meredith was a standout player. The sophomore combined for nine goals, five assists, and nine draw controls over the two contests, both Scarlet Hawk victories. The five assists added to her conference-leading total of 35, which is 16 more than the next-highest total. 

One of two MWLC teams with an unbeaten conference record, the Scarlet Hawks look to remain atop the league standings with a win on Thursday. The Scarlet Hawks will play at 1:00 p.m. at Concordia University Chicago. Live stats will be available for the contest.
