CHICAGO, Ill.- The Liberal Arts Conference has announced its latest swimmers and divers of the week. Illinois Institute of Technology is represented, as Brigitte Temple has been named Women's Swimmer of the Week for the week of November 2-8.

Temple had a strong meet in Illinois Tech's double dual on Saturday against Loras and Lake Forest. Brigitte won two of her three events, finishing first in the 400 Yard Individual Medley (4:52.69) and 200 Yard Breaststroke (2:33.30). She also placed second in the 500 Yard Freestyle (5:32.78). Brigitte's contribution helped Tech post one of its best dual-meet records in recent history with a sweep, moving the team's overall record to 4-1.

Temple shares this week's award with Kaitlin Kamm of Minnesota-Morris. Illinois Tech is back in action this weekend as the team travels to Carthage College to oppose both Carthage and Illinois Wesleyan in a double dual on Saturday at 12:00 p.m. CT.
