SOMERS, Wis. - The Illinois Institute of Technology women's track and field team competed at the UW-Parkside Invitational on Saturday. Illinois Tech placed fifth in an eight-team field.

Meet Highlights

• Taylor Schaub won the meet's high jump event with a mark of 1.47m.
• In the weight throw, Vanessa Arraiz placed seventh with a mark of 7.70m. 
• Two Tech athletes finished with 55 meter dash times under 9.00s: Kirsten Robinson (11th, 8.82s), Marina Eraas (12th, 8.96s).
