KENOSHA, Wis. – The Illinois Institute of Technology women's track and field team competed in the Gill Athletics Final Qualifier at Carthage College on Friday. No team scores were kept at the meet.

Meet Highlights

• Venika Jarvis was strong in both the 55 Meter (12th place, 8.01s) and 200 Meter (ninth place, 29.36s).
• Megan Moorhead set a personal record in the 400 Meter, placing fifth with a time of 1:12.57. She also placed 16th in the 200 Meter at 31.95s.
• Adriane Walther led the way for the Tech throwers, placing 14th in the weight throw (8.08m) and ninth in the shot put (7.70m).

• Tech will compete at St. Joseph's College in Rensselaer, Indiana in the Gene and Rose Edmonds Invitational. The meet is set to begin at 11:00 a.m.
