ROCKFORD, Ill.- The Illinois Institute of Technology women's volleyball team played at Rockford University on Tuesday night, falling 3-1.

How it Happened

  • Rockford took control early, winning the first set 25-12 behind a .238 hitting percentage.
  • Illinois Tech kept set two much closer, but the Regents took control late to win 25-23.
  • The Scarlet Hawks impressed in the third set, outhitting Rockford .250% to -.036% in a 25-16 win.
  • Rockford held off Tech and avoided a fifth set with a 25-20 win in set four.
