Women's Cross Country Competes at UW-Parkside

KENOSHA, Wis- The Illinois Institute of Technology women's cross country team competed in the UW-Parkside Midwest Open on Saturday morning. The group's three competitors all placed in the large event's Top 150.

Scarlet Hawk Standouts

  • Reigning DIII Independents Player of the Week Caitlyn Brunner (So.) turned in another strong performance, placing 66th with a 20:07.9 time.
  • The Bell tandem of Brooke (148th, 22:38.1) and Rebecca (150th, 22:42.0) each recorded strong meets of their own.

For the Foes

  • UW-Lacrosse won the meet, as all of the team's runners placed in the Top 20.
