CHICAGO—The Illinois Institute of Technology men's lacrosse team released its inaugural 2020 schedule, which includes 14 contests. Seven of those contests will be home at Stuart Field, beginning with the program's first match on Wednesday, February 26 against Carroll (Wis.). That will kick-start a five-game home stand to begin the inaugural campaign that includes bouts against Northwestern (Minn.) (Saturday, February 29), Beloit (Wednesday, March 11), North Central (Minn.) (Friday, March 13) and Aurora (Wednesday, March 18).
The Scarlet Hawks will follow that with a five-game road swing that begins with a showdown at Dubuque on Saturday, March 21, and ends with a bout at Fontbonne on Wednesday, April 8.
IIT's remaining home games are on Saturday, April 11 against Monmouth (Ill.), and on Saturday, April 18 against Marian (Wis.). The 2020 regular season will conclude with a road match at Benedictine (Ill.) on Wednesday, April 22.
The Scarlet Hawks are among 13 members of the Midwest Lacrosse Conference, where 12-of-14 contests on the 2020 slate are against member schools.
