Dar Novak enters her second season as a diving coach for the men’s and women’s programs in 2022-23.

Novak competed at Division I UT Arlington . Her greatest accomplishments are taking student-athletes that have little to no diving experience and bringing them up to a level where they have opportunities to qualify for state and national championship meets.

Currently, Novak also coaches for local high school and club teams, specifically as the Head Diving Coach at University Lab School and the Head Diving Coach for M3 Aquatics. With over 45 years of coaching experience in both springboard and platform diving, Novak has been an incredible member of the swimming and diving community in the Chicagoland area.

Novak earned her bachelor’s degree in computer science from UT Arlington in 1997.
