KANSAS CITY, MO.—The Illinois Institute of Technology men's and women's soccer programs earned the 2019-20 United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award on Thursday. The women pulled down the honor for the third time with a 3.54 cumulative grade point average, while the men's 6th-consecutive honor consisted of a 3.25 GPA.

Men: 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20
A total of 889 soccer teams (333 men, 556 women) tallied a team grade point average of 3.0 en route to the 2019-20 United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award.
The Scarlet Hawks men plan to open the 2020-21 season on Wednesday, March 10 at Aurora University. The women plan to host Aurora University on Wednesday, March 10.
