CHICAGO—Roshane Ellison has been a mainstay with the Illinois Institute of Technology women's soccer program for six seasons, including five as the head coach.
Ellison has accumulated a 51-41-9 overall record, and a .550 winning percentage since taking over the Scarlet Hawks in 2015. Leading the Scarlet Hawks into full NCAA Division III membership of the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) in 2018, Ellison wasted no time in the acclimation process as the squad qualified for the NACC Tournament in each of their first two seasons in the league. This included an appearance in the 2018 NACC Tournament Championship Game after they notched second place in the regular season. The 2019 campaign resulted in a third-place standing in the regular season, and a spot in the NACC Semifinal.
The Scarlet Hawks also finished as the NACC leader in two team statistical categories under Ellison's guidance.
