Head Coach Tyler McQuality's Comments:

"We really wanted to focus on some relays this week and it was exciting to see our team competing together in those events. Our Women's 4x400 is really cool to see the growth and opportunities ahead of them not only this year, but in the years to come."

Assistant Coach Kasey Jones Comments:

"Both the men's and women's squads had a very fundamental week this week. They were put in several events in preparation for handling those key events before conference. We saw, even this early in the season, their ability to thrive even when their bodies are tired from previous events. As always, big things are coming!"

Assistant Coach Ed Harvey's Comments:

"For our sprints, jumps and throws we had a lot of new events and technique changes the last couple weeks. It's difficult to compete in new events but everyone stepped up to the challenge this week. It was a great measure of progress and I'm looking forward to the continued improvement this coming week."
