Exercise classes were not always my “thing” until I found Zumba®, which combines my passion for World music and dance with a fun party-like atmosphere.  Zumba® is truly exercise in disguise. It may seem like we are just dancing, singing and having fun, but there is real exercise science behind it. And fear not, even if you say, “I can’t dance”, I will guide you through easy steps and choreography to get you shimmying, shaking, sweating and smiling. Come join me and you will see what I mean.
