Why IIT?: "I originally heard about IIT my junior year of high school. Later on, I became more interested in what IIT could offer me as a student athlete, as well as a student hoping to go to medical school in the future. I was so impressed by the focus many of the faculty had on research and becoming more culturally aware in today’s society. Plus, having the chance to live in Chicago was just an awesome opportunity."
